"In the wake of Russia's recent barbaric atrocities against Ukrainian citizens in Dnipro, Chernihiv and Kermanchuk - where Russian missiles deliberately killed 20 Ukrainians and wounded dozens more - we are calling for an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council," said Andriy Melnyk.
