"While the emergency services were dealing with the results of the first attack on the university campus and the surrounding area, Russian forces launched a second attack using ballistic missiles. The number of victims there rose to 12, five of them students and university employees," the President of Ukraine stated. The attacks also hit the regions of Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Zaporizhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Odessa, Chernihiv, Sumy, Donetsk, Kherson and Chernivtsi. According to Zelensky, the main targets were energy facilities, logistics and urban infrastructure.
