Germany is investigating whether Russia is using organized crime groups to carry out sabotage in Europe, the world reports. Moscow may be employing the Turkish-Kurdish group known as the Daltons to carry out sabotage operations. Potential incidents include the arson attack on the Starlink facility in Poland on September 23. Two Turkish citizens associated with the group were recently arrested in Germany. The alleged leader of the gangs, Bartkan Gkademir, is suspected of running the organization from Moscow under the supervision of the Russian intelligence services.
