The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andriy Sibiga, referred to another nighttime bombardment by Russia on Ukraine, and noted that Russia's cruelty knows no bounds. At night, Russia again attacked Ukraine with ballistic missiles and drones, targeting critical energy infrastructure. The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that Moscow is deliberately seeking to leave millions of Ukrainians without electricity, heating and water in the winter evening. "Russia is trying to achieve in the cold and darkness what it cannot achieve on the battlefield. This is a targeted campaign to make life unbearable for the citizens of Ukraine - and it directly meets the definition of genocide. Together with our partners, we have the means to stop this targeted terrorism. Now Ukraine needs additional air defense systems, more interceptor missiles and the political will to provide them without delay," the minister emphasized.
