The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is conducting a special sanctions operation against Russian companies that produce ballistic weapons. This was emphasized by the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Georgi Taichi, during the briefing, and noted that these are the anti-ballistic sanctions that the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Andrey Sibiga, emphasizes in every negotiation with European partners. He stated, in particular, that Ukraine has already provided its partners with 6 packages of sanctions measures directly targeting Russian factories and institutes of manufacturers and developers of Iskander-M, RM-48U and other ballistic missiles. Work on the manufacturers of cruise missiles and attack UAVs is also underway. In addition, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, opposes the Rasbet satellite communication system, or more precisely, Russia's plans to launch this system. "Our task, among other things, is to prevent fighter jets and other means from flying over Ukrainian cities that are remotely piloted by Russian pilots using means like "Rasbet". To this end, we work closely with our Euro-Atlantic partners, both on the platform of the International Communication Association and on a bilateral basis. In particular, this topic has already been raised twice by Ukrainian diplomats in meetings with American congressmen. We believe that the USA can play a significant role in stopping the launch of Rasbet. We understand that this is not only about opposition to Russia, but also about a confrontation with China. We believe that the US is interested in joining the countermeasures against Rasvot," noted George the Silent. A spokesman for the State Department separately emphasized the role of the State Department in the interdepartmental working group on the use of assets of the Russian Federation. This group operates under the leadership of the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Seri Koretsky. "As you know, the partner countries have frozen around 330 billion euros in total in different jurisdictions. We are constantly interacting with partners in order to build new instruments for long-term financing of Ukraine," he added.
