Draft Law No. 16,210 will allow the placement of REE and PEP on private lots, buildings and rooftops of condominiums.
In urgent cases, the equipment will be installed without the prior consent of the owner, with notification of this already after the installation.
Owners will be required to provide the military with access to the property to install and maintain equipment.
The army will be able to use the buildings and install additional buildings free of charge. The area for one vessel is up to 500 square meters.
There is no need to change the land designation or re-register.
The state must compensate for electricity, communication and approved losses. Generators and cables - at the expense of the local administrations.
Disruption of the legal activity of the military may result in criminal liability according to the current norms of the criminal law of Ukraine.
The rules will be in effect during martial law and for an additional 6 months after its end. The equipment must then be disassembled.
