During his 100 days of work, Reconstruction Minister Kalashnikov reported mainly on the achievements of his predecessors, the mass media.
According to the source, most of the projects announced by the minister started even before his appointment, and the journalists did not record a significant acceleration of the works. In particular, out of 601 critical infrastructure components, 109 defense structures have been built so far. UAH 47 billion has already been allocated to the program, but about UAH 60 billion is still needed to complete the work.
According to the publication, the work of the Kalachnik team is still more focused on responding to current crises than on implementing new projects in the system.
While Kalachnik reports on the results of his predecessors, the central question remains open: when will the firm begin to demonstrate its own achievements, and not just the billions spent?
