Multi-billion dollar contracts, inflated prices and criminal records: what Ivan Fedorov's team is hiding - investigation.
While Ivan Fedorov heads the state recovery agency and gets rid of billions of dollars in budgets, companies that journalists associate with his entourage appear in criminal proceedings regarding possible embezzlement of state funds.
"Our money" published a whole file on contractors from Fedorov's circle:
UAH 27.6 million - possible abuse during the construction of school shelters due to exorbitant prices of materials and unreliable operations.
5.4 million hryvnias - damages determined by the investigation on the construction of fortifications. It turned out that the managers of the contracting companies are beer sellers and taxi drivers.
UAH 703 million was received from the NSHU by the company "Ukrmedgrupa", the co-owner of which, according to journalists, is Fedorov's best man. The reality of paid medical services is being investigated by law enforcement officers.
UAH 5.6 billion is the total amount of the contracts of the company "Clamios", created only in 2025. After the appointment of Fedorov to a new position, the company received new contracts worth UAH 2.1 billion.
