In view of the urgency of the hour, the security challenges and the urgent need to restore the country, we consider it of utmost importance to receive the mandate from the President of the State as soon as possible, in order to immediately establish a national emergency government that will begin work for all the citizens of Israel.
Now, it is incumbent upon all public leaders who desire the good of Israel, to rise to the occasion, put aside all narrow political and personal considerations, and make sure that a government is established as soon as possible. Missing the current opportunity could cost the State of Israel a heavy price and lead to further elections, contrary to the wishes of the citizens of Israel.
This is a testing time for leadership.
