IDF spokesman's announcement:

In relation to various reports in the Israeli and international media over the past day, while associating various statements attributed to the Chief of Staff or senior IDF officers, we would like to clarify:

The IDF is focused on its tasks and is on high alert in each of the arenas, in the face of various alerts and the sensitivity of the time.

The operational activity and the considerations taken in the IDF are security, professional, matter-of-fact and state only and any other discourse is misleading and irrelevant.

Mamelech: There is no denial.
