My bet is that this is an extreme right-wing man who tried to kill as many "non-real French" as possible as a reaction to what he saw happening in his country last Saturday and will happen (probably even more so) tomorrow. In the meantime, there is one dead and several injured, including a 12-year-old girl. Social tensions in France are currently very high and there are many features on both extreme right and extreme left channels on Telegram.
