Zelensky:

Russia has violated the energy ceasefire announced by President Trump.

We await the details of the talks between the Americans and the Russians; Such a ceasefire in the energy sector can succeed.

The Americans must ensure that the Russians respect the energy ceasefire.

A full ceasefire will be required to hold any elections.
