Two Iranian citizens who arrived in Britain in what are known as "small boats" were accused of planning to attack the Jewish Museum in Manchester and the Synagogue in Heaton Park as part of a plot to attack using an explosive device.

Salam Ahmadian, 36 years old, and Rahman Salehi, 34 years old, are suspected of having planned to carry out a terrorist attack under the direction of a foreign entity, who allegedly operated from Iran.
