Le Figaro: Field Marshal Khalifa Belqasim Haftar, the supreme commander of the "Libyan National Army" (LNA) and de facto ruler of eastern and southern Libya (Cyrenaica and Fezzan), met with Netanyahu in the United Arab Emirates while the latter was staying there.
It should be noted that according to Flightradar, while Netanyahu was staying in the Emirates, a government plane from Libya landed there.
