Weekly Torah portion for children - In memory of Yishai Greenbaum, may his memory be avenged

Marking the second anniversary of his fall - Fulfilling Yishai's dream

Yishai, husband to Hadas and father to Shaked, Yaela, Aluma, and Zohar.

A clinical social worker who gave his life in battle in southern Lebanon.

Every Shabbat, Yishai would gather the community's children and tell them the weekly Torah portion eye-to-eye, in an experiential way using finger puppets.

A few months before he fell, Yishai shared his dream with his wife Hadas: to publish ideas for Torah portion stories to be used by leaders of children's prayers and parents across the country. Now, the dream is becoming a reality

A series of weekly Torah portion booklets and children's prayer books inspired by and in memory of Yishai Greenbaum, may his memory be avenged, are published!
