His claim is false. It was denied in real time, and is now being recycled in order to manipulate the Israeli public.

On October 11, 2023, Egypt officially denied that it had warned Israel of the October 7 attack. In the months leading up to October 7, Prime Minister Netanyahu did not meet or speak with Abbas Kamel, who was then the head of the Egyptian General Intelligence. No Israeli intelligence agency delivered such a warning to the Prime Minister.
