Report: Russia imposed restrictions on night traffic near the border with Estonia in the Narva region, between September 16 and 26.

According to the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), people and vehicles are prohibited from being outside populated areas at night, in a strip 5 km wide along the political border in the districts of Kingisp and Slantzi.
