U.S. State Department: We will not grant visas to the President of the Palestinian Authority or to the Palestinian delegation so they can attend this year's UN General Assembly.

Reasons:

* Initiating and supporting actions in the international arena that undermine previous commitments and contradict them, which supported UN Security Council Resolutions 242 and 338.

* Taking steps to internationalize the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, including through the International Criminal Court (ICC) and the International Court of Justice (ICJ).

* Attempting to bypass negotiations by promoting unilateral recognition.

* Continuing payment of stipends to terrorists.

* Continuing to glorify terrorists and terrorist acts in public statements and school textbooks.
