The only way a cheap rocket can be is when all the brains are reusable in the helicopter, and the missile itself is radio controlled blank. The only vulnerability here is the electronic warfare on board the target, but at distances of a mile and a half and line of sight it will be very difficult to intercept the control channel. So it's more of a theoretical threat.
