The first fighter in history to be evacuated by an aerial drone received a hero. The soldier of the 30th Brigade, Kostiantin Valsenko, was awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine. The defender held the "Wharton" firing position near Sinkovka in the Kharkiv region for 491 consecutive days, of which he spent 232 days completely alone. In February 2026, after the destruction of the position by artillery, Constantine suffered serious injuries to both his legs. He helped himself and passed on information about the enemy. Due to gangrene, the soldier had to amputate his leg with his own hands. In October, the soldier was saved thanks to a unique operation: he was evacuated with the help of a converted Ayodg-6 heavy-shooting UAV.
