A Russian minor was arrested in Moscow while examining information received from American law enforcement agencies about the preparation of a terrorist attack in the Tsaritsyno Museum Reserve. This was stated in a message from the FSB Public Relations Center received by RBC. "Taking into account the information received, for the safety of the citizens, the planned cultural events at the museum reserve were canceled, and security measures were strengthened in the area where it is located." According to the department, the boy posted pictures on TikTok of himself wearing tactical clothing and a balaclava while holding what appeared to be an automatic weapon. He also posted photos taken in Tsaritsyno with the caption "I found a place". On his devices, according to the FSB, they found a TikTok account from which threats were posted, a subscription to a neo-Nazi Telegram channel, as well as "a significant number of search queries about terrorist acts, massacres and other acts of violence".
