The Independent - News Sony of Japan reports a considerable profit on the back of its blockbuster film "Spider-Man". The Japanese electronics and entertainment company Sony reported a 44% increase in its profit in July-September, mainly thanks to the box office success of its movie, "Spider-Man: A New Day".
