The family of Henry Novax revealed that the British police force pressured, lied to and deceived them after the Novax killing. After Novaks was killed, the police treated Henry as the aggressor and lied about providing first aid, when in reality, he was handcuffed while telling the police he was dying. Furthermore, immediately after informing the Nowaks family of his death, Hampshire police asked about his political views, as well as the families. Then, after identifying the body of his dead sons, Mark Novak was called by the police to confirm a press release, which then, again, identified Henry Novak as the assailant. Mark Novak said the police story continued to evolve and change, and eventually police admitted they arrested him and held him in custody before providing any type of assistance. In addition, the family is prohibited from viewing the body camera footage until they arrive in court. Mark Novak said the whole process has led the family to feel persecuted and that they are not getting the truth.
