The Polish opposition announced the presentation of a motion of no confidence against the government of Prime Minister Donald Tusk, against the background of an institutional crisis caused by the conflict surrounding the Constitutional Court. The initiative proposes to replace the current cabinet with a technical government led by Mark York, which will remain in power until new elections are held and a new parliamentary majority is formed. The Elhazaój Plus party claims that Poland needs an institutional "reset" of the Constitutional Court and assures that there is support for this idea in various political sectors, from Razem to the Confederacy, as well as backing from the President of the Republic and the legitimate leadership of the Court itself.
