Ukraine has resumed attacks on Russian refineries after a brief pause. Kiev attacked three Russian refineries and a petrochemical complex today, according to Russian Deputy Prime Minister Novak. He added that one refinery was slightly damaged, but overall, the air defense system functioned properly.
