North Korea announced a successful test of a missile with a cluster warhead North Korea's official news agency announced that the country conducted a new weapon test aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of its tactical ballistic missiles. This test was conducted in order to evaluate the performance of this advanced equipment (called "Type 2 standard") in real combat conditions.
