The end of the counting of the election votes in Israel Channel 14 of Israel: the coalition of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu won 53 mandates and the opposition coalition led by Gadi Eisenkot managed to win 48 mandates. Arab parties also won 19 seats. Thus, the overall election results did not change compared to the initial statistics, and only one of the prime minister's coalition mandates went from the Shas party to Netanyahu's Likud party. The elections in Israel ended while none of the coalitions managed to obtain a majority in the parliament, so Netanyahu and Eisenkot have difficult days to form the government. After the final vote count, Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Herzog will consult with the party leaders about who they want as prime minister and then choose the candidate he believes has the best chance of forming the cabinet. Herzog's chosen candidate has up to 42 days to form a cabinet, but if he fails, others will have a chance to form a cabinet. If no cabinet is formed during this period, further elections will be held and the current cabinet will continue to work as a temporary cabinet. Go to tab.ir.
