The speaker of the parliament, in a joint meeting with the presidents of the representative assemblies of the districts, stated that the conditions of the country are not normal today and stated: today work that is urgent but not important or work that is important but not urgent should be removed from the agenda, and focus only on work that is both important and urgent. One of the most important and urgent issues is the livelihood of the people, which should be given priority, so we all need to help each other and not say that this is the responsibility of the government, the parliament, the judiciary or the private sector, but we all need to stand up and do our job to reach specific and objective results. From the beginning of this year until about August 2. 5 billion dollars were spent on gasoline imports, and if this trend continues we would import 6 billion dollars of gasoline by the end of the year, but in managing this issue and saving money, we will spend this amount on the basic needs of the country. We always talk about energy reform, but gasoline, for all its arguments and sensitivities, has a 9% share in energy, which is important, but in this area, the share of gas is 73%, and the savings we can make with gas is much easier than gasoline. According to the law that was approved and must be implemented, no matter how much gas is saved, the income from this saving will be deposited directly to him; This event saves the treasury and helps support the family, and families save more when they see that they get more from the savings in gas consumption than the subsidy.
