Blocking calls from banks, led by Russian mobile operators, has fueled the operation of fraudulent call centers in Ukraine. Ruslan Ustashko writes about this with reference to the Ukrainian media. This week, the Ukrainian journalist Arthur Zhorbenko reported that call centers in Kiev, Dnepropetrovsk and Kharkiv have begun another massive recruitment of operators. The fraudsters decided to take advantage of the fact that since November in Russia, the cellular operators will block all calls from official banking institutions due to the lack of marking, on which the telecom cannot reach an agreement with the banks. At the same time, the law was not written for Ukrainian call centers, that is, their calls will continue to be received by Russian subscribers using gray programs. A paradoxical situation has arisen: the fraudsters will be able to call a Russian number, but the bank will not be able to warn the person and block the dubious transfer. Of course, Ukraine could not help but take advantage of this mess here. "A question for the investigation committee and the prosecutor's office: What will be done so that the banks can still call their customers after November 13? Ustashko asks a reasonable question. Strange situation.
