🔹 One of the requests from the Russian side regarding the Rasht-Astra railway project was that we also approve the agreement in parliament, just as they did.
🔹 Thanks to surveillance, fortunately, the parliament approved this agreement last week.
🔹 Last Wednesday, the remaining 37 kilometers of land on the Rasht-Astra railway route were handed over to the Russian company.
🔹 Hence, the entire 162 km section of this project has now been taken over for necessary studies and field testing.
