Why does the "head of the organization" only cover events up to the year 1383?

▪️ The story of 4 years of research and 150 interviews.

🔹 Sajjad Blockat, director of the documentary "Head of the Organization", says: It took four years just to produce these eight episodes; If we wanted to cover subsequent periods as well, it would take another three years to complete the project.

🔹 Producer Ali Sedari-Nia mentions that he has access to a treasure trove of over 150 interviews with executives and eyewitnesses: they even acquired parts of interviews from an unfinished project from the 1980s to incorporate into this series. 🔹 Sedri-Nia also points to the deliberate choice of the historical period from February 22, 1979 to May 2004, which represents a segment of IRIB's history that the creators believe provides a coherent and meaningful narrative of the organization's managerial evolution.
