🔹 A pilot program for performance-based budgeting was launched in several schools and hospitals; We hope it will progress well by the end of the year.
🔹Starting next year, the implementing bodies must switch to a performance-based budget - a method that aims to provide additional and higher quality services while fostering competition between agencies.
🔹In this model, funds are transferred from ministries to provinces, regions and districts, and ultimately paid directly to schools.
🔹 The amount allocated to each school is determined according to educational and pedagogical quality indicators. 🔹Improved service quality and resource efficiency could enable higher payments to teachers and better provision of necessary equipment for students.
