Guterres: The UN Charter prevented a third world war.
Secretary General of the United Nations:
🔹 For over 80 years, the UN Charter served as a decisive deterrent against a third world war.
🔹 The treaty establishes one legal system for all countries, including respect for sovereignty, territorial integrity and political independence.
🔹 There are no exceptions to this; Double standards are unacceptable, as true peace means that power is subject to law.
