What was the main purpose of General Razai's meeting with Putin?
Deputy Secretary of the Supreme Council for National Security:
🔹The Secretary of the Supreme Council for National Security held a detailed meeting with His Excellency Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, which lasted about 3 hours.
🔹The main purpose of this visit was to deliver a message from His Highness the Supreme Leader to the President of Russia.
In this message, both the elements desired by the Islamic Republic of Iran for bilateral cooperation and the vision for such cooperation and interactions were disguised, thus making it clear to the Russians what cooperation with the Islamic Republic of Iran under the leadership of Ayatollah Seyed Mujtaba Khamenei would entail.
