🔹Over the past year and a half, the Americans have undermined all four rounds of negotiations by flash: their promises.
🔹It is the right of the Islamic Republic of Iran not to rely on America's paper commitments before starting a new phase of diplomacy.
🔹Iran must see America's practical actions with its own eyes; Only when such actions take place will it be possible to open a new chapter.
