🔹 On Thursday evening, Iraqi Prime Minister "Mohammed Shia al-Sudani" held a telephone conversation with US President "Donald Trump" to discuss the current regional situation, security developments and future prospects.
🔹 During the conversation, both sides emphasized the importance of coordination and consultation between Baghdad and Washington to maintain regional stability, while prioritizing dialogue and diplomacy to ease tensions and prevent the escalation of conflicts.
🔹 Al-Sudani also emphasized the need to respect national sovereignty and prevent the use of Iraqi territory to attack neighboring countries.
🔹 Both sides reiterated their commitment to maintain communication and coordination on issues of mutual interest to strengthen bilateral relations.
