🔹Following complaints filed by a number of cooperative members accusing the CEO and former board members of "illegally obtaining property" and "breach of fiduciary duty", a legal case was opened and investigated. 🔹Part of the cooperative's assets were allocated to the current board members or their relatives. It is worth noting that the CEO at the time, who was also a lawyer, received 11 plots of land with an area of 300 to 900 square meters - totaling over 4,700 square meters - as a reward and payment for legal services.
