Soldiers could be transferred to units close to where their spouses lived.
Deputy Director of Human Resources in the Army:
🔹 A "local recruitment" program for recruits is activated in the army, in which soldiers are assigned to units close to their hometown.
🔹 Also, married recruits are transferred to the unit closest to their place of residence. If they wish, they can also be moved to units close to their spouses' place of residence.
🔹 This step is intended to strengthen family ties, ease financial burdens and ease the conditions of service for married recruits.
