Kazemi: Guarantee and bond approval process reduced from days to 85 seconds.

🔹 One of the main reasons for the increase in the incarcerated population is the short-term detention of suspects due to a time-consuming process of submitting guarantees or verifying the financial capacity of guarantee providers (such as document verification, property evaluation and approval of payslips).
🔹 Thanks to this system, with over 30 million property records shared with the Land Registry Organization and government employee data provided by the Executive and Recruiting Organization, it is now possible to verify the authenticity of guarantees and payslips instantly and online. 🔹 This structural change has led to the fact that the bail and bond approval process - which used to take days - is now completed within 85 seconds in some cases, thus preventing unnecessary arrests of suspects.
