Kazmi: Conviction and seizure of assets of Shabnam Namsada worth 125 billion tomans were carried out.
Speaker of the court:
Ms. Namsada was convicted in her legal case, and her assets - including a villa in Lavasan valued at 125 billion tomans - were seized for restitution and subsequently sold.
🔹After serving part of her sentence, she was granted leave starting from Farvardin 1403. Later, due to repeated requests for an evaluation of her physical condition and forensic medical examinations, the execution of her sentence was postponed.
🔹 However, in light of the long delay and her failure to return in time, the issue was investigated and she was caught. She quickly returned to prison in 1403. According to the law, unauthorized absence during a vacation constitutes an escape from prison and carries separate penalties.
