An Iranian security source told Al Jazeera:
🔹Tehran continues talks with the American side through Qatari and other mediators, but is not at all naive about Trump's intentions.
🔹The message received from Vance in Tehran was viewed positively, and a response is currently being considered.
🔹We believe that there may be different voices in the US, but experience shows that the president and his inner circle succumb to the temptations of Netanyahu and the hardliners who support the war.
🔹For this reason, we must remain fully prepared for a resolute and deterrent defense against any aggression or crimes by the US and Israel.
