Tasnim in Baghdad, Washington and al-Zaidi oppose the People's Mobilization Forces Law; The Iraqi resistance warns the US.
🔹 Iraqi political sources revealed that despite the recent amendments to the draft law on popular mobilization forces, the US's obstruction of its approval and implementation continues.
🔹Meanwhile, the coordination framework of the Shiite parties continues discussions to reach an agreement on the bill.
Informed sources stated that the coordination framework is not satisfied with the failure of the Iraqi Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia al-Sudani, to submit the law to parliament due to American pressure aimed at blocking its passage.
🔹On the other hand, Karim Al-Muhammadavi, the deputy chairman of the Parliament's Security and Defense Committee, considered it unlikely that the law would be submitted now, citing continued US opposition. He added that the Prime Minister shares this position. 🔹At the same time, the Ansarallah al-Ofa movement warned the US to avoid using Iraqi airspace or territory to launch military attacks against Iran, claiming that such actions would trigger a severe reaction.
