Pilot projects under the seventh plan are awaiting approval.
▪️ Only 3 railway projects reached the Economic Council.
🔹Despite the duties set forth in sections 48 and 119 of the Seventh Plan Law, the drafting and approval process of most of the large national and economic pilot projects remains incomplete.
🔹 To date, despite the requirements imposed on the executive authorities, only 3 railway projects have been submitted to the Economic Council for inspection and approval.
🔹Projects subject to these obligations include the development of transit corridors, the Tehran-Mashhad high-speed railway, and the development of maritime and rail transportation.
🔹According to the law, the responsible parties must submit their projects to the planning and budget organization within one year from the date of issuing the relevant instructions.
