🔹Therefore, limiting responses to the attack site may be ignoring the real environment where threats are created and persist. In this context, the strategy "unlimited by geography" should first be interpreted as shifting the scope of threat analysis from the geography of the event to the geography of its origin and support mechanisms. 🔹Geographic boundaries may remain unchanged, but the geography of threats is not static. Effective deterrence is only achieved when threat awareness and national resolve align with the evolving reality of the security environment. This is precisely what the strategic concept of transcending the limited geography of defense to embrace a broader geography of deterrence is all about.
