8 coin procurement routes for commercial orders.
▪️ 6 routes at free market rates and 2 routes at a negotiated rate.
🔹 Priority 1: There are 4 dedicated currency procurement routes - 2 can be carried out at rates set in negotiations through the central bank and the exchange center (indirect transactions), while 2 are available at free market rates.
🔹 Priority 2: Both currency procurement routes use the resources of the export center and direct transactions at free market rates.
🔹 Priorities 3 and 4: Paths for obtaining currency from export proceeds and personal/third party deposits are also defined at free market rates.
🔸 All 6 routes can be implemented at a free market rate without requiring approval from the executive authorities; However, the two tariff tracks proposed under Priority 1 require such approval.
