According to a Tasnim reporter,

🔹The 52nd session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) began moments ago in Baghdad with a speech by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.

🔹Iraq is supposed to receive the rotating presidency of the OIC.

🔹Turkey previously held the presidency of the OIC; The 51st session of the Council of Foreign Ministers took place in Turkey in August 2025.

🔹Sayed Abbas Arakhchi, Iran's Foreign Minister, will express the position of the Islamic Republic of Iran regarding regional developments and issues concerning the Muslim world at this meeting.
