Sardar Bagreza: Qatar's statements regarding Iranian pilots did not convince the team of experts
Commander of the Joint Chiefs of Staff's Committee to Search for Missing Persons of Amman in an interview with Tasnim News:
🔹Regarding the current situation of the Iranian pilots and the determination of their health status, I must say that following the recent visit of the Minister of the Interior of Iran to Qatar and the discussions held there, the issue is being discussed on several channels.
🔹Sending a second team of experts means that the first team revealed certain facts in its investigations; The statements and claims of the Qatari officials, at least for our team of experts, were not reassuring and failed to convince them.
🔹In the field of the Red Cross, I personally followed the issue. During a meeting with the representative of the Red Cross in Tehran, he agreed to pay more attention to the matter; We also emphasized the seriousness of this issue and the need to solve it, which he admitted.
🔹Red Cross officials manage the matter through their office in Qatar as well as through Geneva. We shared our expert findings and information with the Qatari side, and made it clear that this issue cannot remain unresolved from the perspective of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
