Amending the executive regulations regarding targeted financial measures against terrorism and terrorist financing is against the law. According to a letter from the Speaker of the Parliament to the President of the State, since the decision of cases related to this issue (terrorist individuals, groups and organizations) is under the authority of the Supreme Council for National Security, any amendment to the aforementioned regulations is considered (due to the continuation of conflicting working groups established by the government to the law).
