Ending the nightmare of "one night detention" with electronic bail

▪️ No longer will any defendant who does not need to be arrested be sent to prison

🔹 The head of the judiciary visited one of Tehran's prosecution districts and checked on the spot how electronic bail is implemented there.

🔹 During the visit, a lawyer expressed satisfaction with the actions of the judicial authority and said: "My client offered a property in Iraq as collateral, within minutes this property was seized and accepted as collateral in the case."

🔹 If this process had been carried out traditionally, it would have taken at least a week.
