Seizure of assets and property of a suspect in a case related to actions against state security by the Chief Prosecutor of Yazd District:

Following the monitoring and investigation of activity in cyberspace, as well as the publication of a series of posts and stories that are against national security by a former political and social activist currently staying abroad, a legal case was opened at the prosecutor's office, and legal proceedings were opened against him. Based on the contents of the file and the evidence obtained, and in accordance with the order of the judicial authorities, measures were taken to identify and prevent any transfer of assets and property belonging to this suspect. Accordingly, one vehicle, one registration plate, funds in his bank accounts and five mobile phone lines belonging to him were seized or blocked according to judicial orders.
